How to Use:

  1. To assess your tolerance, take 1/2 serving (1/2 scoop) with 6 oz. of water for up to 3 days.
  2. Once your tolerance has been assessed, take 1 serving (1 scoop) with 12 oz. of water, 30 to 45 minutes before your workout.
  3. Do not exceed 1 scoop within a 24-hour period. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water daily for general good health.

  • Colombo 1 – 15, Colombo Suburbs and Gampaha District – Orders will be delivered in the first 48 hours.
  • Outstation – Maximum within 4 days.
